Community Reading Club Of Fitzgerald ripoff and refusal to oblige to a bankruptcy Fitzgerald Georgia

I, among others that I have read here, was scammed by CRC. I tried to cancel my supposed membership and was refused. They told me I owed them $998.00 and I said no because they had refused to cancel me. In the mean time, I had some unfortunate events happen in my life and I had to file bankruptcy. After the bankruptcy, I started receiving calls from a lawers office that was representing CRC. The lawyers offered me a settlement that was much less than CRC wanted. I refused because I told them I had filed bankruptcy and to call my lawyer. The lawers office told me that they did not have to call my lawyer because the bankruptcy action against CRC would be overturned because I refused the settlement offer.

The lady from the lawers office that spoke to me was very rude and made me feel worthless. I tried calling CRC and speaking with someone there and they said they could no longer speak to me and that I had to call the lawyers office that they had referred me to. I told her that I did not need to speak to a lawyer because the account was supposed to be written off to a bankruptcy and she told me that they never received anything that stated a bankruptcy and it was too late. She told me that it was no longer in their hands. I am still fighting this rediculous battle. This place is a joke! They need to be shut down! They are liars and crooks! Thanks for listening to me and I hope this kind of thing stops soon. I am sorry to everyone who has ever had to deal with CRC, you have my sympathy.
