Community Reading Club Of Virginia magazine ripoff, scam Virginia Beach Virginia

This company called me with a magazine offer. I thought that it was weird that they knew my number, but the offer that they made had made it null. They said in the initial call that I could cancel at any time if I wasn't satisfied with my service.

After two months I wasn't getting all my magazines, and I called them b/c I didn't want to be involved with a company that doesn't deliver. When I called to cancel, however, they said that I was in a FOUR YEAR agreement with them and refused to cancel my subscription. That made me upset that they would not adhere to my request. After talking with the supervisor (who tried to get me to agree to another sales offer) I was able to cancel.

Watch out for this company as they will try to get money from you w/o letting you cancel your subscription!!
