Community Rehab This rehab is only good at charging your insurance and insuring you are a repeat client. Unproffesional. non certified staff where clients relapse on primises. Orange California

 This place is a nightmare. This is only good for people who arent serious about quitting their adiction. First the narketing rep lies by saying their is a personal chef its actually one of the shift techs that cooks something where most of the meals will be made with ground beef. The marketing rep also states they pay for your plane ticket to get there and to go home at your 30 day completion. They marketing firm for this company paid for my plane ticket home and the actual rehab company canceled the ticket one day before my departure. When speaking to the Owner Roc it was stated that they wantrexd me to stay an add'ln 15 days making it 45 day. It didnt matter if I had a return to work date  and complied with all program rules my ticket was still canceled. My only assumption would be this company wants to gorge my insurance company for more claims.

The house that I resided in consistantly had clients relapsing. It seems as though every day there was some kind of herion or needles found. None of the techs are certified to administer medications. in 30 days my vitals were only checked twice by staff even thogh i was taking a blood pressure rx initially. This place dosent even have a general business phone number. There is not any nurse staff on duty in cases of emergency at the residences. This is the only rehab that i have every heard of where they have only been open for 4 months but most of their clients have been there over 3 times. There is no case managment to insure a client paperwork for their employment is complete.  The One of the biggest upsets is that i didmy Psycho/ social evaulaiation on my 29th day with is normally done when you first arvive so that the clinical team can  create a treatment plan for the client. This is fraud.
