Comp-recycle.com Ripoff Yet another scam but wait revenge is at hand McKinney Texas

It's partially my own fault for dealing with an unknown vendor and not checking the web for sites like this, but here goes:

Placed an order on October 30, 2004 for two Dell PowerEdge server power supplies, (Dell part number: DPS-500CB).

On November 1, 2004 I was contacted via e-mail by a "Bob James", (who was it that once said, "Never trust a guy with two first names as his whole name"?), and informed to send payment via Money Order, which I, like a fool and being in a rush for these items, promptly did via Western Union. Payment was sent to:

McKinney, Tx 75071

Funnily enough, a woman called my business line asking what name the money order was under at the Western Union office shortly after I sent funds, which might lead one to believe this person(s) have multiple aliases.

Several days elapse after payment was made without response to my repeated requests for tracking information so I sent a terse e-mail today mentioning I'd made contact with the McKinney PD and filed complaints with my own PD here in California, and the FBI. Lo and behold I get an e-mail from "Bob James" apologizing profusely and saying he's putting a rush on the order.

Rather than wasting anymore time with more lies, I'm pursuing legal remedies not because of the dollar amount involved, but rather that this person(s) need to spend some time as guest(s) of the Texas Department of Corrections. Perhaps a "stretch" will do some good :-)
