Compact Vending Systems - Robert Ellis Fraudulent, Dishonest, Thieves ripoff Denver Colorado

I purchased 10 vending machines from Compact Vending Systems, Inc. on May 16th, 2006. Before placing my order, I was mailed a packet with written aggreement stating if I did not recieve my machines within a 45 day period I had the right to request a full and immediate return of my deposit.

I wired $8,750.00 to Compact vending Systems, only to learn my wire went to Florida and went to a company called Compact vending, Inc. I called these guys every two weeks as I did not get my machines, finally on the 60th day I asked Robert Ellis to cancel my order and return my deposit. I mailed a letter to his office address listed on all his paperwork, unfortunately my letter came back with, "not at this address".

I hired a private investigator, who visited his office and learned that there is no such company at that address, it is instead a virtual office where 100's of companies use that address. The secretary still swears that is their address. I also learned that Robert Ellis I an alias name. I also learned that the 2005 financials Robert provided me were false as the company was dissolved in the late 90's and ressurected again in Feb of 2006. Probably right about the time Vending Dreams/Priority placement closed.

I believe That the suspect I have in my sights is the same person using the alias names; Jim Ellis, Robert Ellis. They both are acting in the same manners. The actual name of the person behind this has had numerous companies listed in his real name, his address is listed on his original corporate filings, well not his name but a woman named Wendy Snow, again just like the other company.

I have a 52 page report from my detective in Colorado and I am not going to stop until I get this guy. I may not get my money back but justice will be served. That money was inheritance money from my dad who passed away, I will fight to the death for the return of it or justice. You can contact me, help me put this guy and his secretary behind bars where they belong.
