Company Tu Florida, car rental company through economy booking .com TUF,ACO car rental Trippled our price when we got there ,we had a contract with econobooking .com for $171 for 8 days went to $363.50 then we sat on their parking lot for two hours waiting for a taxi cab to find us also it took them 55 minutes and three calls then they would not load our luggage I have complaints with the attorney generals of florida ,better business and working on 60 minutes read their reviews they are all the same except for the planted reviews Orlando Florida

Started with booking online with booking buddy . com then through economybooking . com.REcieved a rate with all fees for $171 When we got to MCO airport I called them to come get us three calls later they came 55 minutes.the lady that picked us up was very ruid and would not load our luggage.I was pissed at this point..We got to their lot and it was a trailor my wife and myself looked at each other and said we are screwed.I walked inside their was another hispanic girl working the counter,I showed her our contract she asked why I cancelled the insurance I told her I had paid StateFarm extra for the same coverage but way cheaper.I had StateFarm fax a copy of the insurance .She was having a smerky smile on her face as she said initial here and sign here ,I looked it over And said Im not signing this it was for $363.50.I asked to look at the contract again I was going to keep it but she smiled and tore it up saying have a great day.I went outside and there were a young couple with kids that was turning their car in and was not happy this what happened to us happened to them.The women said they were goin to dispute the charges on their credit card.I asked if I could have her name and phone number she kindly obliged.while the two hours went by waiting for a cab several more people came and went throught the same thing we did and they had them take them back to the airport .What really capped it off when two elderly handicapped ladies went in and came out cussing to take them back to the airport.I got on their website and then seen all the bad reviews same as ours plus some planted 5 stars to boost their ratings.I have complaints with about every place I can think of.Some body or some legal office has to put these people out of business and out of our country.Im so diappointed with whom ever is allowing this to happen.Sad times for Orlando.
