He is one of the biggest online fraud that I have ever seen.
He has asked us to create one of the website for him for 55 dollors and we did it. He sent us this payment of 55 USD through the paypal account and he also confirmed the details, I have all the emails for solving the matter. Then he again asked us to make one more website for him which we also did and based on his previous payment we both agreed that the payment will be made to us after we do his work, but then he denied to make the payment to us.
First he asked us that he will pay us by paypal, after a several reminders for the payment around a week later he said that his paypal account has got some problem and he will pay us through money bookers and then again after several weeks of reminders he said his moneybookers also had some problem and he will pay us through wire transfer and finally he told us that he will only pay us 30 USD and not 300 USD coz the work was for 30 USD only.
Where as we both agreed for 300 USD and for that I also have all his emails as proofs with me. Now we are after him to recover our payment of 300 USD but he is not at all paying us, we also filed a dispute against him with our laywer in boston USA.
I have all the proofs against him in the emails which he had sent us and you can verify all the details through the emails. The payment that we received was with his concent and now we had informed that we are going to take a legal action against him and thus he has filed a dispute with paypal to get the money back.
This guy michael rau is one of the biggest fraud I have ever seen.
Please send me your email id so that I may send you all the proofs from my emails of our discussions so that you know whats the whole matter.

shortly after the issue of the ripoff report the issue was solved.
There was simply a misunderstanding and lack of communication.
We hired Michael Rau and his company twice to form corporations for us.
everythin was done to our satisfaction !
