CompareTheDalek.com Didn't receive order confirmation. Received one issue after complaint. No communication possible. Internet 

I placed on order with CompareTheDalek for their special offer Doctor Who Magazine Subscription (Worldwide) - 12x Months for £85,00 GBP on 26th July. I didn't receive a order confirmation from them, so after a couple of weeks I sent a mail to ask if my order was correctly processed. They replied that everything was all good, it only would take up to 8 weeks before the subscription would be active. Also they stated that I would receive the next issue of the magazine, number 464.

I didn't receive the issue as promised so I raised a dispute on the transaction at PayPal. Then they promised me to re-send the issue when I would close my dispute at PayPal. I replied that I would not comply to their demand. I would only close the dispute upon receipt of the issue. They responded with a tracking number and resend me the issue. Also they immediately demanded to close the dispute. I waited till I received the issue before closing the dispute. In mean time they asked me once again to close the dispute. After a couple of days I did receive the issue.

After receiving this first issue I didn't receive any other issues of the magazine. I tried a couple of times to contact them via e-mail but I no longer get a response from them. So their whole special offer seems to be fraudulent. Currently I have filed a complaint with my credit card company to reclaim the money from PayPal, and therefore PayPal will most likely try to reclaim it from them. I also filed a case of Internet Fraude with the Belgian Federal Police as this was a requirement to file the complaint with my credit card company.
