Compass 4:13/Shelynn Bonnet is not the class act/philanthropist she would have you believe. She refuses to pay people promised monies after they have worked for several months assisting disabled clients with aquiring gainful employment.
This company will NOT compensate you for your time, gas nor ANY other expenses that will add up while working on the clients behalf. All you will be left with for your hard work is OWING money for all that came out of your own pocket while doing your job.
If you so choose to take this job: BEWARE that once you assist a disabled client obtain a position, you may be FIRED before you are ever paid a dime for your hard work.
Adding insult to injury, profanity laced tirades to descibe her OWN anatomy, she had the audacity to question if a co-workers former spouse had a golden "cooch". As well as the "N" word being used on two seperate occasions to describe a CLIENTS way of speaking during STAFF meetings. This all after calling one of their slower disabled clients "a retard".

I am the person who is named in this report.
In stating facts, "Compass 4:13" was issued a State Contract with the Florida Department of Education/Vocational Rehabilitation in December 2014. "Compass 4:13" was in business from December 2014 to August 2016, which is public record. This alligation was written in 2013, prior to the existence of "Compass 4:13".
The person who wrote this report was an Independant Contractor for "For The Kids of Brevard" not "Compass 4:13". This report was filed after I terminated her contract due to lack of compliance within State and Federal guidelines. Therefore, it is a personal attack without merit.
