 I ordered three Dallas Cowboys jerseys from this company. They informed me that the items had been shipped. I emailed them as soon as I checked the tracking number they gave me and found it to be invalid. Then I received an email stating that the items had been sent to the wrong address. They said they reshipped the items. Once again, I checked the tracking number and once again it was invalid. They then stated that their bosses wife accidentally cancelled the shipment. I then told them I wanted a full refund. The items I paid for cost $120.23US dollars.

They told me they refunded me the money on 02/06/2017. The screenshot of the refund they sent me was in a foreign language and not in US dollars. Also, under the category where the money was refunded to, it just said 'account'. I have over 100 emails back and forth between the company and I. I have all my receipts and proof of payment. They have also contacted me using at least four different email addresses. This company is stealing people's money and needs to be stopped. I want my money back and I will also be filing a claim with my bank.
