Complete Credit Solutions Made harassing telephone calls Bedford Texas

I started receiving threatening phone calls for a bill that was previously paid in full to another agency.
After submitting documents showing the payment, they informed me that I had no business paying that agency. They informed me that my obligation was with them and not the other agency.


They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay this account, again!


I informed the other agency and they suggested that I issue a cease and desist notice to Complete Credit Solutions.

After sending a cease and desist notice, I received another barrage of calls. They
stated that my cease and desist notice was not valid and they were going to proceed with legal action if I refused to pay them.

The last call was the middle of February, 2008.
The other agency never sent me a letter stating that I had paid. However, my bank statement shows the payment was made.

I have no idea what they are doing, at this time. I might receive a notice from small claims court.
