I purchased a car hoist on 3/15/2007. I was given a 5 year warranty, which expired in 2012.

In December of 2012 the carriage that attach to the arms that lift the vehicle broke and my truck fell. On further inspection I observed that the broken piece had air bubbles in the steel.

I notifed Complete Hydralics and spoke to five different individuals including the owner William R. Brown. He seemed interested, we exchanged emails, spoke on the phone, and I sent a picture of the broken piece.
He cut off communications and won"t return my calls.

This is a severe safty issue.
