Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales Inc William ( Randy ) Brown CEO Failure to deliver Equipment now 8 weeks and won't return my money! Franklin Indiana

Do not buy from Complete Hydraulic Service and Sales and Sevice Inc!!! We ordered 2 lifts from Brandi Day ( sales person ) and were told we would recieve in 2-3 weeks via truck delivery. It is now 8 weeks past and no lifts. Our invoice is clearly marked by sales person 2-3 weeks. We contacted her at 2 weeks and was given the CEO name William ( Randy ) Brown would contact us. He did call and leave a message that he wouldn't ship until we were ready. I immediately attempted to return his call but only got the answering machine.

I then tried texting the number given on the answering machine to which Mr Brown did respond a week later that he'd look into it and get back to us the next day. Of course no response from him to which I attempted multiple times more to try to resolve this and would get occasional reply he'd look into it and get back the next day or that he was sick and out of work and would look into it. Basically the run around with no resolution.

At this point we did a background search and found that since I'd first purchased other lifts several years ago from Complete Hydraulic Service, that things had deteriorated with the company. Many complaints and investigations about this same issue and others with Mr William Randy Brown and Complete Hydraulic Service, that he'd take your money and play games when your equipment never was delivered. 

Now we are forced to use every legal avenue to get our money back. Save yourself our grief and go eleswhere!!!
