Got a collection letter from complete payment recovery services, Inc. 3500 5th Street Northpoint, AL 35476

trying to collect on a web hosting account for ** Daddy. Says my check #999999 did not go through on 7/8/16 and the company Certegy who processes the check has hired them to collect this debt. I called ** Daddy and they show me on a recurring payment plan and that my payment went through on July 8, 2016, the very day complete payment recovery services, Inc states that my check did not go through. My account is paid through a credit card, not a checking account. They also said they do not send people to collections. Called complete payment recovery services, Inc and they said they will send verification of debt. They did send me something regarding all my info from ** Daddy. just a generic document that is public to anyone looking for it. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I called them today and let them know that I have my payment receipt. They said they will investigate this further. Spoke with Nicole 9/8/16
