Just read some of the comments. How can r.c. be so stupid. Cant he see he is headed for more trouble from the dynamic duo. didnt he learn his lesson the first time they lied, stole, and did everything they could to cause problems with this company. is he so blind or do they have something on him that they are going to hang him with.Dont be an ostrich r.c. and get your head out of their a*s and see daylight. they are going to take you and your company before you know it. just cant wait to tell you,i told you so.,but by then it will be to late. maybe we should take up a petition. and send it , i guess it worked the first time so lets try it again.

Guess I was dead wrong how can you justify what happend today.I want to know how you can justify that a man can do a job better then a women when you never gave her the chance to prove herself.

Your management team has it out of certain people.They bully intimidate and you people see nothing wrong with this. If you haven't noticed this is Ohio not West Virgina. Where men think the woman's place is in the kitchen bare foot and pregnant.

Also your giving one person way to much power. Is this person holding something over you head. Is that why they get to run the show what gives?

And when the other one comes back thing are going to pick up right where they left off more bulling and harassment. Do you not care about your employee's health and welfare.
This is the worst possible move you could make. Bringing this person back will just puts everyone one edge. Do you really think we needs this right now. You could have heard a pin drop when everyone heard this. A huge wave of misery hit us. Guess your really dont care about your employees if your going dredge up the bad feeling again .

I just heard that the so called open door policy was just slammed shut on an employee. I cant believe that a company would fire someone who was sick. What happened to fair and equal? Or is it because thunder thighs got a taste of power and it went to her thighs? Ronis she making decisions for you because you cant man up?

Wake up people do you really think R.C cares about us. Do you not listen when he speaks to us he talk down to us like we are a dirt and wasting his time. Just like Jim O. and the rest that followed .

If he cared he would have tried to put a stop to this a long time ago but they just sit in there offices a laugh.
So I don't put much faith in anything he says heard it all before.

why don't we have plant meetings and stuff anymore? I think that BH tells RC alot crap thats not true and RC needs to talk to us on the floor because he's being lied to just like us. Alot of people have just giving up now because nothings getting better. it seems like Bob will quit running his mouth for a little while and things will calm down then it starts up again. If he's not talking s**t about one of us to another hourly person then he's telling crazy stories about someone in salary. It just never ends.

Everytime I go outside for a cigarette on my lunch break he's out there talking s**t about someone. he doesn't care who hears what he's saying and he even gives details about things that i think are personal. I won't get into all that on here because I'm not gonna start trouble with my co-workers, but i know that i know stuff about people that i probably shouldn't know. no manager of a co. should be doing this crap.

The stuff on here and the other one is mostly all true and its sad.

The P.manager here is more like a mascot than a manager. He just walks around on the phone smoking it up with not a care in the world. the place is falling a part at the seems and hes to stupid to even realize hes the d**n problem. its always someone elses fault and never him. Hes in charge of the plant but he has no control because he has no idea how to manage anything at all. Hell this idiot couldn't manage a fruit stand and hes ******* up a good place. It makes me sick. We bust our *** everyday on these lines and put up with this joker and his lies, stupidety, and ignorance. He has no idea how to work with people. hetries to buddy it up with us and we can't stand him for all of his lies and bull****. He has made work for us very hostile and tense,the lies just keep rolling out of his mouth. Were blamed for his crap because all he does is lie to the ceo about everything all the time. He really is like a mascot here. You expect to see him with a cigarette and a cell phone. you know he can 't run the plant thats for sure. he oughta pass out beverages when he wanders around at least then he'd be some use.

This is the first time i'm writting on here and the only time i am. i wanted to respond to this one because i don't think we should be cutting each other down. Were all working for the same reasons and we need to get along. It just really pisses me off when Bob lies to us and expects us to lie to each other. this is whats bad. I don't give a d**n if Laurie is a P-3 shes not the best operator but shes not the worst. she tries hard. Its all of the lies from management that i can't deal with. It seems like everytime crap is started you can trace it right back to Bob H. I get the feeling he likes us fighting with each other and cutting down each other because it gives him the upper hand with all of his lies.
