It appears that Dawn paid a body broker a lot of money for my son, Gavin Fleishman, on January 11, 2018 or January 6, 2018 when my son was illegally transported back to Florida from Denver. Dawn aspires to be a sex therapist (see her LinkedIn profile), but in the meantime Dawn is treating young people sick with drug addiction. Dawn job hops quite a bit down in South Florida. Dawn has a god-like complex and seems to know what is best for us all. After all, Dawn does have letters after her name. Dawn does not like families around "her" facility and she does not like families speaking to her "clients" on the phone. Clients with good health insurance, that is. Health Insurance that pays her well. Dawn likes to keep her clients (for months). A direct quote from Dawn M. Silver. Dawn does not like law enforcement or the Attorney General's Office snooping around her "clients" or "her" facility. Dawn is above scrutiny. Because she has letters after her name. Comprehensive Wellness is not owned by Dawn M. Silver, but the young guy that owns this place (he has a little over a year in the drug rehab business) is no match for Dawn M. Silver, PH.D. I know, I spoke with him on the phone for over an hour. He seems scared, and out of his league. Says he wished he never got involved in this business. Then he pleaded with me not to turn him in. Says he does not like a spotlight on him. Dawns states there is not a herion problem in South Florida and she says no one is overdosing in South Florida. Well, not more than anywhere else in the country.
