COMPUDEALS2U.com more4lessdigitalco Told me I would never get my $300 back! Brooklyn, New York

First of all, my husband ordered a camera from them for me for Christmas. The one, and probably only, guy who works there called him a few days later to get more information from him. Then he proceeded to sell him a battery and a card to store pictures on all while telling him he forgot to order all the free stuff that comes with it. A trypod and a few other things.
This guy told my husband it would be $278.00 instead of the original price which was shown online of $219.00. In the meantime we had gotten a charge on our credit card for $354.95 from a company called more4lessdigitalco. I didn't recognize the company or amount at the time so I reported it to our credit card account. Our credit card was cancelled, luckily because there are additional charges if you try to return the merchandise if you do not want it.

I called compudeals2u to find out where the camera was and the very rude (to say it nicely) man told me is processing. I asked what that meant and he said that he would have someone in shipping call me back with a tracking number in a few hours. I couldn't understand why it would take so long, why can't you just pull it up yourself I said. He yelled at me and said do I want him to stop business just for me. I couldn't believe it! We got into a shouting match and thats when he said I would never get my $300 back.

A week later the camera showed up after a month of when it was ordered. I called them back to get an RA# and the same guy said he would email it to me. Still waiting for that email, a week later. In the meantime we sent the camera back to them and they refused it. Doesn't make sense.
Hopefully you read my story among others and decided against purchasing anything from this company.
