Compupool T-Cell 15 Repalcement Refusal to Honor Warranty Nerang Queensland, Australia

Bought on the internet a Compupool Titanium T-Cell-15 Chlorine Generator for my pool from one of their partner internet sellers.  Warranty states 3 years replacement.  After 2 1/2 years Generator stops working.  Notified the Compupool US warranty center in Apopka, Florida, sending them all my proper paperwork and receiving a warranty number and a statement that my product was indeed still under warranty and that is would be replaced when new stock arrived in the US. 

They did not know when this would be and could not give me a date when replacement would be fullfilled. Multiple contacts resulted in the same results.  Then when trying to contact them at a later date I am informed that the US warranty center for Compupool has closed and reffered to Compupool Au.  Called Compupool Au and spoke with Leonie Millar and sent by email leonie@compupool.com.au all material required by Compupool for warranty on Sept 23, 2016.  Recieved an email from Leonie that indeed she had received my information.  Have tried to contact her susiquently with no response.
