I ordered a Dell mainboard from these fools on 6/24/10.  On 7/1/10 I had not rec'd a tracking # so I tried to call them to get one.   The phone number listed was disconnected.  However I rec'd my CC statement and a phone # was listed for them.  I called that # and a recording directed me to use a "support center" website for help.   On this website they force you to acknowledge that you "won't threaten a chargeback" and that you "will conduct yourself in a professional manner", also they threaten that if you call your credit card company and issue a chargeback for merchandise not rec'd that they will send YOU to collections!     What a joke!

I finally did hear back from the merchant who stated that they didn't have a tracking # to give me "because the 2 computer systems they use do not get along"  I kid you not that's exactly what the reply stated!    It's now 3.5 week later after placing my order and I have yet to see a tracking # or my Dell mainboard.

I took the "risk" and called Capital One as well as the Attorney General's office to take care of these bozo's.   Buyer beware!   These guys have NO intention of shipping ANYTHING to you!

More Lies

AUTHOR: Retailoperations - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 06, 2011

The fact is you never bothered to read anything whatsoever. You stand there and post copyrighted images which you will get sued for, for the lone fact that your trying to cover up your own lies. There are pages upon pages of reminders of the company polices which you signed and stated that you had read. The policies clearly stated the item condition, the chargeback and collections procedures and we have stated the tracking information. Its obvious you dont want to disclose the entire truth.

You sit there and post whatever you feel like to differ from the real evidence. The support site doesnt force you to do anything. Thats what you had agreed to in the terms and conditions of the sale, that is a reminder. Once again, typical of someone trying to con people into beliving his lies. Just remember you came into our support site and started to threatening people, that was submitted to your credit card company and its documented.

Next time you try to place your BS, try the facts. If we have to backup our statements with the documents showing you agreed to the terms of sale and the threatening remarks you made on the support site, we have no problem showing it. Next time grow up and act like an adult!

Some Truth....but still mostly lies!

AUTHOR: Brian - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 12, 2010

Dont' be fooled by this companies rebuttal!   There is SOME truth to their rebuttal.  They DID in fact provide a tracking # after several requests through their "support portal" (if you can call it that!).    However, it was not any tracking # I've even seen.    They provided no carrier information.   So basically, they just made up a number and emailed it to me.    They never state in their rebuttal that almost a month went by from time of order and receiving a Dell motherboard.

They also state in their rebuttal that I "threatened them".   If you can say that asking for a tracking #, or asking for them to either ship my order or refund it a threat, then I did indeed "threaten" them.   I also "threatened" to exercise my right to contact Capital One if they did not fulfill my order.    Guilty as charged!   It was only when I was left no other option that they provided a bogus tracking # and shipped us a used motherboard.

They DID ship a Dell motherboard to us.    However it wasn't even CLOSE to the model ordered.   It was USED, not new as stated.   Obviously the part didn't work and ended up in our boneyard to recycle.   We didn't even bother to try to return the board given our prior experience with this company.

They did, in fact, send me to collections.    I disputed the debt 100% and am now working closely with Capital One and the Attorney Generals office to ensure that justice gets served and this company doesn't rip anyone else off.

We are a very reputable company, in business for over 15 years.   We order millions of dollars worth of computer products online each and every year.   I have NEVER dealt with such a despicable vendor!   Buyer beware!

This is what really happened despite this persons lies

AUTHOR: Retailoperations - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 12, 2010

The disclaimer is exactly what it states and this person got banned from the site for consistantly making threats to our support staff. He was blacklisted for threatening our support staff on 7/14/2010 and initiated false chargebacks for non receipt of merchandise in which he lost each case.

FedEx Tracking Number of 433318160086685 shows the item delivered and signed for. Ship date Jul 12, 2010 Delivery date Jul 15, 2010 2:28 PM Destination Visalia, CA.

This moron had physical receipt of the item and purposely filed a false chargeback for non receipt of merchandise 2 days after physically signing for the package. Then he comes into our support site and continues to make threats. After countless attempts to resolve this issue with this buyer, as per the policies in which he agreed to at the time of the purchase, it was stated point blank to him, we took this person to collections to which now all the expenses incurred because of his false actions are now on his credit report for attempting to commit mail order fraud.

This is the typical example of why we do not disclose telephone numbers. Going to the support site and completing a ticket, immediately illimiates who said what, its black and white. And in cases like this moron filing false chargebacks and making threats, the entire ticket was submitted to Capital one to show his credit card company exactly how he acted. The tracking number is point blank right there infront for everyone to see.

This is just another attempt of some idiot trying to discredit a company to hide their real actions. We place real information and give people real data. Oh I didnt get my item? Well we immediately posted the tracking information to prove that he got the item.
