This company offered me 'free software' to check out their web home based system. All I had to do was pay shipping of 1.95. (Easy Google Income) I still as of yet have not received this 'free' software, and they deducted 39.85 out of checking account without my permission, or with me being aware of it. Not once did I see the 14 day trial notice, maybe it was on the 'free' software.
I called their customer care and spoke with the rep and his supervisor and all they would do for me was cancel the service. But they absolutely refused to reimburse my 39.85. I did not use their service one time. They said when I responded to their e-mail (which they told me to do) and I changed my password (which they told me to do) it made me liable for service. I was led to believe that I was confirming the software to be mailed to me (which they never did). There has to be a way to stop this behavior to consumers like us.
