I have purchased a SanDisk 1GB Cruzer Mini Flash Drive as details below:

But it was defected, When I had given all the details to Technical Help of Sandisk they replied its not their product and they are not able to find this product in their database, and told me to return to the seller.
This is reply from SanDisk:-

When I contacted to pcmemoryco.net they sent RMA# R105 and told me to return so they will sent replacement for your defective USB drive.
So I sent my drive at:-

But after that no response from anyone, I tried all the contact numbers, but all numbers are invalid or not dead. No one picks up the phone
