I ordered a replacement laptop for my Alienware M17x r2 (Yes they are JUNK and no I didn't know that before I bought 2) on September 19 and they payment was taken on September 20th.  It took over a week to get the part shipped out, and it arrived at my house on Oct 3rd by USPS (though I paid for FedEx shipping).  The motherboard did not have the screw thread bracket on the back of the board, so you couldn't attach the heat sink, making it useless.  I sent and email to the company (this is really some guy working out of his house), and finally got an RMA number.  I sent the motherboard back, and recieved an email stating that the order has been cancelled, but the money has not been returned, and there has been no indication of a functional mother board being shipped. 

I called the 210 area code number several times durring shipping and was NEVER called back, and I have called since regarding the RMA.  Leon Karem is listed as the owner of Computer World Assets, of which this is apparently an affilliate (whatever that means in this case).  It seems that this group/person is in the business of taking people's money and not following through with the transaction by sending defective parts, or by just taking the money.

I have given Leon to the close of business today to return my money, or I will have my attorney file a complaint in General Session court in Texas (yes this will most likely cost me in the long run, but I'd rather have a judgment and feel good about losing money than to just be ripped off).  If anyone else is considering buying parts from ANYONE connected to Computer World Assets, DON'T!
