Stay away from this company. i have never had a problem with a company online before this. i usually am VERY careful whom i purchase from. i ordered a new linksys wrt600n wireless router. well it was 152.00 on sale. this was one of the lowest prices i could find on a NEW router . when it was sent, behold my refurbished model . i am the type of person that would NEVER buy any used , refurbished item , period. i carefully look at the items im buying 20x at least.
i called geeks and advised them of my refurbished model and asked them for a refund. well, now there is a 15% restocking charge . so i would be out the 11.00 shipping to me, then the 22.80 restocking charge, and another 11.00 shipping to return the item.so if i wanted to get what i ordered , id have to lose 44.80.
now, i am going to keep this item because i refuse to waste 44.80, so they got me once. i will never shop there again, and im sure this has happened to others. ohhh and by the way, the item isnt listed online anymore heh. nice scam.

well, they refunded my mony (all of it) less shipping. they seem concerned about their company enough to refund me, so i will detract most of what i wrote. they need to work on their customer service before it gets to this point though. it would save them alot of hastle and customers too.
thanks for the refund, im out 22.00 in shipping . so to all you out there , be very very careful who you shop with online. you may end up paying the same as store bought retail pricing.

after i have posted on websites about this company, they claim they will waive the restocking fee of 15% , heh. so ill play their game a little , i have sent the router back (i paid 12.00 shipping again). so we will see how this turns out.
