Any award notification with above info should be considered fraud, for I have seen other reports on the above info. My letter also came with a check of $2,900.00, once I cash the check they will send me the rest of my $41,000.00. The check is official looking to a t, with water marks. I checked the bank site first and they have listed false routing numbers that have been in fraud cashier checks.
The envelope has no return address, just a stamp from Canada.
