Con man, ripoff artist, Harry Brogan of Virginia Beach, VA Computer install ripoff Virginia Beach Virginia

I'm writing this to warn anyone who comes across this con man, ripoff artist, Harry Brogan of Virginia Beach, VA. I hired this guy to update my home office computer network and hardware, part of my livelihood to support my family. I went with an acquaintance's recommendation, and I should have known that some things are just too good to be true. I paid half down for materials and equipment and the other half was due upon completion. 1) He never completed the job; 2) he came to me when it was halfway completed and asked for more money for an additional list of equipment which, in the end, I never received; 3) the project was left worse than when he started and I ended up having to put out even more money to fix the mess he created; 4) and to top it all, he was offended, extremely rude and became aggressive and threatening that his sloppy, unprofessional, incompetent work was being questioned. His hands started shaking and I demanded my money back and he told me I'd better not if I "knew what was good for me".

After he left, I went outside to a junction box on my house where he had been doing some wiring, and I saw something that is every parent's worst nightmare. Our 16-year-old daughter's bedroom window is about 12 feet over to the left of the junction box, partially screened by a low hedge, and low-hanging branches of a large elm tree. In the dirt outside my daughter's window were clear sets of a man's footprints that matched the footprints by the junction box. There was no reason whatsoever for anyone to have been over by the window! I contacted the proper authorities and am awaiting further action and called the company to report this immediately and then started searching more about Harry Brogan, and I came across a review on a business review website. I took a screenshot which I am glad of, because the review and the business listing for CIS Specialists itself had since been taken down. The review said that there was an unidentified peeping tom in the Virginia Beach area and that shoe imprints were found outside the client's 16-year old daughters window after they had hired an installer from this business named Harry Brogan. The reviewer said that Harry Brogan's actions worry him that there are most likely many more possible victims because the Virginia Beach peeping tom hasn't been caught yet. It also said that a broken piece of a toy motorcycle model was found on the ground under the window.

After searching further, I learned that there was yet another family in Lincoln, NE that reported that Mr. Brogan was allegedly caught in the act of peering into their teenage girl's bedroom and that they had found evidence on the ground and wall that someone had been there many times. These actions fit the profile of the current Virginia Beach peeping Tom. After being confronted, Mr. Brogan moved out of state. My advice: Don't hire and don't have anything to do with this man. Not only do you face being ripped off, but your wife and daughters are not safe around a man like this. The more people that know about this, the more likely that this man will be caught in the act and prosecuted.
