Con-Way Truckload Vindictive Joplin Missouri

 I worked at CFI over ten years ago. I was fired by the head of safety at the Joplin, Mo terminal. The person that fired me was Chris. Ironically the person who fired me should have been fired instead of me. While I was being fired office workers were making racist comments to my wife who was not an employee. ... Recently I was hired by Con-Way Truckloads. I knew that Con-Way bought out CFI and figured new management was in place. I was wrong. Got out of orientation on a Friday and had to take my truck to the shop instantly. I was told by shop manager/ driver manager/ Conway Recruiter/ and other Conway employees that my truck was physically at the Kenworth Dealership being fixed. That was a lie . My company truck # 36546 was behind the Conway shop the entire time. I took pictures of it and stood next to it talking to Conway employees on the phone as they told me the truck was physically at Kenworth being worked on. ..Why would the head of safety at Con-Way in Joplin, Mo have a reason to be vindictive to me? Because 10 years ago I complained about what he fired me for to supervisors. Also I proved Chris wrong on a hotel bill and i was credited the money back on my debit card. CFI is still in business just spelled differently. Beware. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and money. Also it was another kick in my teeth again. I quite them and took a bus ride home...
