I purchased a can of wolfe brand chilli back in march of 2010, to
make some open face chilli dogs. After heating up the chilli ond pouring it over
the buns and hot dogs...I took a couple of bites of chilli....To my suprise I
bit into a bone on the second bite. Not thinking much about it I finished one of
the chilli dogs.
About 3 days after I got sick and went to the local doctor. I contacted con agra
foods and they wanted numbers off of the can pictures of the bone and pictures
of the can. I sent all of this to them and was told someone would contact me to
settle this. To date I have heard of nothing and have contacted them several
times since then.
Damage Resulting = Doctors bills, lost time from work, not being able to be
around or smell chilli...I start gagging and throwing up.

To the comment section....YES.. I did take the can, Bone, receipt and chilli back to the store. The store manage was "not liable for items in sealed cans".
Thats how I received the contact information for the original complaint. I did this after I got sick. And yes, I did take the med bills and diagnosis with me to the store.
My family has been eating this brand since my grandfather was a lil kid and This was the ONLY chillli that we would purchase. NOT ANY MORE.

What did your doctor say/diagnosis? I have eaten Wolf brand chili and never had problem. Did you take the can back to the store you bought it from with the "bone" and receipt?
