Conair Corporation No response - Ion hot hair roller set - used ten times over 7 weeks -- cheap switch East Windsor New Jersey

Have contacted Conair twice. They promise a quick response.
Got a 20 roller Ion Shine Hairsetter for Christmas from my son. Used about ten times in 7 weeks and now the cheap plastic switch doesn't work anymore to turn unit on and off. Needless to say I cannot use it. I never left it plugged in when not in use. It didn't get wet. And their warranty is only good for 30 days. In this day and age / throw away society I guess they don't expect it to last any longer than 30 days before you have problems. Prior to this I owned a Clariol hot roller set for 20 years before it died. I am so disappointed that now I have to add it to a land fill because though it looks brand new it sure doesn't work. I have gotten no response from them and so I told them I would pitch it and buy another brand. So don't buy from this company if you are expecting a quality appliance that will last more than a month. They just don't care.
