ConasCallHome Millicorp GREAT "CON" JOB Fort Myers, Florida

I set up an account with ConsCallHome, to receive calls from an inmate.  The phone was never setup properly and I never received any calls.  I mader several attempts with their technical support group, and nothing worked.  I canceled within a few hours, being told I would be refunded the $44.45 I investwed.  They did this over my banking information and deducted it on 4/30/2012.  I called about the refund and was told 5-7 weeks.  I jsuyt called again today and nothing 7/3/2012.  Being told the refund is in process and when I request to speak to someone, you get no where.  The customer service person, doesn't pass you on to a manger, will not transfer you to th refund department, they just give you the run around.  They have ripped me off. so who should be in jail!
