Concealed Online Offering an online qualifying firearms safety course and paperwork to obtain a concealed carry permit. The paperwork was incomplete and they kept charging my credit card for things I didn't authorize every month. Burbank California

I, like so many other consumers, in an endeavor to obtain a Concealed Handgun Permit, agreed to pay $ 65.00 for the firearms safety course certificate,plus two other upgrades for future courses. that totaled $96.99. I took the online course, was sent my certificate along with a Virginia State Police Application, a checklist of required steps to send in my application. Having fullfilled everything but a set of fingerprints from my local sherriffs office, I made an appointment to have them done, but was informed that I needed a Form FD-258 from the Virginia State Police. I then called Concealedonline and was told that they didn't have that form and that I would have to contact them. I tried calling the Virginia State Police but was unable to speak to anyone but a voice mail, so I sent them an email requesting a complete application package (including the form FD-258). Had I contacted Virginia first, I could have gotten all of the necessary paperwork free of charge. Now I'll have to wait weeks (if indeed they indeed respond) to get the appropriate paperwork. In the meantime, I discovered that they have over the last three billing periods charged my credit card for an addition $76.00 that I did NOT authorize. If I do ever receive my permit (and at this point, I don't even know if the certificate they sent me is valid, it will have cost me much more money and, of course, a substantial delay in completing my application. I would not recommend anyone using their services and am of the firm belief that it is a scam. they promised a painless solution to obtaining a Concealed Handgun Permit, but with the lack of follow through on the part of their Customer Support, it has become a painful and expensive solution.
