On April 15th 2016 We contracted to purchase a house in Plant City Florida.

We contracted with Conceive, Believe, & Achieve, LLC - Ralph Casnave.

We gave him a deposit of $2000.00 with a closing scheduled within 7 days.

On April 20th we were told by the title co the deal wasnt going to close as Ralph wasnt the owner

and wasnt able to convey title to the house.

On April 25th after calling 'Ralph' many times he gave us a check for the deposit.

The check did not clear. He spent our deposit on his own lifestyle.

It is now May 19th almost 4 weeks later.

Still no funds - just excuses.

This guy and company cannot be trusted.

Steer clear.

He writes bad checks.

He tries to sell property he doesnt own.

Beware!!
