I contacted repodirectmiami.com aka conceptcarsinc.com on 11/14 and 11/15 to inquire about a 2013 Ford Explorer Sport for sale with 10k miles.  Researhed the VIN, saw it was wrecked bad in the front however that was not the issue.  During my conversation, the man on the line stated that the price of the car "was what it was on the website" which I saw on 11/13/2014 $18,995.  I took time off work and also brought my 2 month old child with me down to miami (5hrs away) and was advised by the man on the phone to call when I was close.  I was in Miami when I called and the man on the phone said Oh no I tried to call you 30 min after we spoke this morning to say the car was sold!  First of all, no phone call was made to my cell phone and secondly the guy FLAT OUT LIED.  The vehicle is STILL FOR SALE FOR NOW Special $33,995!  It would have been one thing to be A MAN and admit that the pricing was wrong, understandable people make mistakes, but to flat out LIE to a potential customer and waste my time and gas while trying to purchase bigger vehicle for my family is unacceptable.  I would trust this business with the size of this man's MALE anatomy (Which isnt much AT ALL).  This guy failed to realize that the internet stores cached images of his website and I have photographed the changes made and now will dedicate a small amount of time to help future car buyers avoid dealing with this guy.  God only knows if I had given this fool my name, social security number and personal info what they would have done with it.  The better business bureau, Florida Attorney General's Office are the next parties to be made aware of the situation. From reading the responses this "fool" has wrote, I am curious what you have to say to this.  Good luck
