I placed an order on conceptlens.co.uk on 4th July, 2 weeks ago. They charged my account straight away, i got a confirmation from paypal that the payment successfully went through, however i didnt get any confirmation email from Conceptlens. After 10 days i reported on their website that the shipment has't arrived yet, no answer, tried to look for contact number, no contact number for customer service on the whole website!!! Then I also sent email on 15th July, no answer at all, it has been 3 days now.
This is a total ridiculous website, never thought they would rip me off.
