Was contacted to attend a seminar on Travel Membership. Attended and was given so much misleading, false representation regarding features and  offerings fr this sales person. Also, stated would take our timeshare off our hands the following January. That did not happen at all, was denied, besides which in a few months we found out that this "travel club" was just a glorified concierge service...reuring a fee every year besides the enormous amt of $ we spent. Almost $6K. Salesman contacted nicely several times after dodging me for WEEKS, said he would find a way to return money.
I said to take out any paperwork fees necessary..soon he evaded me again. I 

spoke with customer relations and after weeks of her dodging me finally put me in 

touch with Mr. Todd Jenkins who could have cared less.  This was a total ripoff..donot go near Michael Falls, sales person or any travel membership that he is selling.  Think there is more than one this group uses...In Compliance Services Scottsdale AZ is the company who will take your $.  They are useless.
