Concord Auto Protect Refused Claim That Was on List King of Prussia Pennsylvania

I purchased this extended auto warranty a few months back from a sales representative at Concord Auto Protect in good faith feeling that reviews provided were accurate. Well the first time I attempted to use the warranty for a fuel related item they declined the request and offered me $300 out of a $2,000 invoice. The second time I attempted to use the warranty for an ABS problem they again declined and offered me $200 in good faith of a $3,000 invoice.

On both occasions they said it was because there was a Technical Service Bulletin - explanation - ( these are items identified and authored by automotive technicians to come up with a repair procedure. Because certain problems may have more than one cause and there is sometimes more than one way to fix a problem, there may be more than one TSB for the same problem.) I asked to speak to a supervisor at Concord several times and was declined and offered me a return of my money.

I have spoke to several auto technicians and they could not believe that they declined for a TSB as they deal with them all the time. It appears to me that Concord baits you into believing that they cover everything and when it comes time to pay they decline due to the TSB clause which is rediculous as all auto repair shosp use these as a way of quickly determining a solution for repair. I would stay clear of this company as it appears to me they offer good faith money vs paying a claim. BUYER BEWARE !!!
