Concord Global Solutions stole my money, Internet

In Feb,2012 I was contacted by Sharon Bailey for Concord Global Solutions that I was approved for a $5000 loan,  I had to send 3 months payments as collateral for the loan. I had to send it to Cynthia Miles in Norfork Ontario Canada.  Then the money was supposed to be to me within 24 hrs by Fed Ex well no money, then I contacted a Victoria who was supposed to be customer service rep 

she called back later and said the lender wanted $300 more and I said no I wanted my money back. After several calls, she finally said the money would be sent out on April 6 and I should have it within 24-48 hrs, well no money.  Now they can't even be contacted,  I call and the answer is always no one is available at this time, please leave a message,  I have done that several times some of them quite to the point of calling them the rip-off that they are,  I have reported the incident to the FBI site for Internet crimes (IC3)
