Concord Group Insurance company, Screwed over by Concord Auburn, Maine

I was injured in an accident where I was rear ended by another motorist. I was at a full stop because of a hazard in the road, the guy who hit me was going at least 45 mph and he tried to pass me on the right. The accident was clearly his fault according to the police officer, my insurance company, my friend who is an adjuster at another insurance company, the state insurance board (whom I contacted after my claim was denied) and the attorney I have hired to represent me in a lawsuit against the man who hit me. MacPeek denied my claim twice, without ever speaking to the woman who witnessed the accident.  She also had the nerve to complain because I filed a formal complaint with the insurance board in my state about the shoddy and incompetent "investigation" she did of my claim. She called it a thorough investigation. I was not aware "thorough" meant that you don't talk to any witnesses or do anything but sit on the paperwork for a couple of weeks and then deny the claim. 

Sandra MacPeek is incompetent and she will cost Concord not just lost money for the claim they will have to pay and the attorney fees they will have to pay to defend the man who hit me, but future business. I am making it my mission to make sure everyone knows that when people are talking about corrupt insurance companies and incompetent adjusters, the best example they will ever need is Concord insurance group and Sandra MacPeek. She was unlicensed for 9 years. If I had my way she would have her adjuster's license revoked for the sheer incompetence and unethical behaviors she has shown. It is clear that she is a prime example of why people lawyer up immediately after an accident.
