REAL ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE OF CONDO.com!

This company got me good and I truly warn anyone looking to do business with Condo.com and Richard Swerdlow. I was contacted by his sales team and promised many things, none of which were true. I spent many days of my time and over $10K buying leads from Condo.com and none of the leads entered into a transaction. Every lead we recieved was either fake or had been SO OVERSOLD, that they were completely frustrated by the 10-20 calls they got after filling out a form on Condo.com. I even got the CEO, Rochard Swerdlow as a lead. Ill attached a screen shot. 

My first issue with Condo.com started with the promise of unique leads which I was lead to believe were exclusive. There is a big difference. Their idea of unique means they send you a different lead everytime they request info. The difference between unique leads and exclusive leads is that Richard sells these leads to both mortgage brokers and real estate agents resultings in numerous calls to the consumer that leave them in complete frusration. Basically, you call them and they say,leave me alone, I just got 10 phone calls.  Its not a fun experience if you are an agent. My agents would have had better luck randomly dialing a phone book. 

The next problem was the quality of the leads. I was fed emails like no@gmail.com and also sent emails from people at condo.com. The support staff told me I was supposed to notify them when I got bad info. This would be ok if it was 1 or 2 leads, but this happened over and over again.

I also ran some more estimates on your other sites, which I had not asked about, but to give them the benefit of the doubt, I came up with the following

All together, this is about 638,000 visitors per month, a long way from the answer I received in writing by email for 2.5-3 Million Visitors per month. 

All of these items were frustrating and I gave them the opportunity to learn how to make things better and they becamse assholes. How about this.........In My email to Richard,

I would also like to think that between these 2 guys you would know how to verify an email before distributing a bogus lead.

Jason Seymour

Jason Seymour joined the Company as Chief Information Officer in January 2012. Jason directs the Company's technology infrastructure and development. He leads all internal IT operations, including managing in-house and off-shore development teams and quality assurance.

Jason is most recently the COO and Co-Founder of createCORE best known for his extensive knowledge of emerging technologies and building effective IT teams. Prior to createCORE, he led the engineering effort at Onboard Informatics, spearheading the creation of expert systems. Jason also helped lead the effort to grow the technology team and product lines at eNeighborhoods. He has served on the boards and as CTO to several companies - all of which have enjoyed the benefits of his experience consulting in the marketing technology field to companies such as Taylor Corporation, First Marketing and Microsoft. Jason lives in South Florida with his wife of 15 years.

Well, to top off this wonderful experience, I was told they would terminate my account and provide me with a refund. Well, they terminated the account and 6 montsh later, I get a call from a collection agency asking for $4,000 today. Haha, you guys are out of your freaking minds! Seriously, if you want to deal with the most ridiculous company, please contact Condo.com and use Richard Swerdlow's service. I have his emails apologizing for my experience and offering me a refund and now he sends my account to a collection company. 

If you are a real estate agent, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. You will end up upset and completely dissappointed. Spend your money elsewhere.
