It all started by entering my information into this website beware http://www.individual-health-plans.com/index.htm and I mean as soon as I hit the submit button the telephone rang and they were on it.  These guys are good to they make it sound like there are many other tellers around them and they were extremely pushy too saying that if I did not buy right now the preexisting conditions time period may expire because of the enrollment period is limited especially for preexisting conditions.  That sounded accurate so I bought it knowing how the healthcare system is I jumped at the chance.  Well they promised a health plan in the mail in less than a week never received it, so I called the number that was listed got the greeting that sounds totally bogus and started to talk to someone about my issues of not receiving my package.  You need to give it more time they said so I waited patiently for the package to arrive nothing.  Now I knew that I had been scammed, I called the number and told them to cancel the insurance and to refund my money and to send me a receipt, oh and by the way they never sent me a receipt for the insurance that had been previously bought!!  So I waited no receipt, no health plan in the mail nothing so I called again and proceeded to tell them that unless the was resolved soon beginning with a receipt I was going to contact a lawyer to solve this so they put me on hold and the call dropped after about twenty minutes.  Stay away from this company they are professional scam artist and will take your money from you and maybe more!!!!
