I am partner to Dr. E of Doctor E Products Legacy company. I took over on January 14th when my dear Dr. E, love of my life passed away from a heart attack. Since then, we have treated the business as he taught us, under the guidance of DR. E as a rootworker who is certified under the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers (WWW.AIRR.ORG), a respeted elder in many traditions and adhered to a strict code of ethics. 

Now, first I must address why you were banned (which removes your reviews also). You were beyond rude and disrespectful in your comments. You insulted our intelligence as rootworkers in your comments and when you disrespect someone who is selling you products that are meant to improve your life, well, we reserve the right to choose not to sell to you. If our products don't work, it's likely becuase you don't fully understand how to use them, and instead of asking questions on if they are being used properly, or other questions, you resorted to leaving passive-aggressive reviews on our website. 

If you knew ANYTHING about Dr E. or AIRR, you'd know that you have been served by a business who's goal is to help people and your insolence is not tolerable. "everybody knows it is impossible to please every single person", you say. True, but your comments went beyond just being 'unsatisfied'. 

To use your own words, Yes, do your own research. There is a conjure blog by Dr. E that we maintain which provides TONS of FREE spell advice. If we were in it just for the money, why would we do this?

Next time you order from a rootworker, try actually contacting them about the product you received if you are having difficulty producing results rather than just posting a bunch of negative reviews and insulting their intelligence.
