I sent 82.50 to Conlan Press in January of 2009 for a deluxe copy of "The Last Unicorn". I've received many excuses but no book. It supposedly was shipped and lost by the Post Office once with another copy to have been shipped after waiting a month. No book and no replies to queries at this point.
