Again, the offer provides 9 different video topics (about $10.00 per video), and we do offer different templates to provide the ability to test conversion rates based upon the template and device type (mobile vs. desktop).

The videos provided are just as stated in promotional material:

- you don't need a copy writer - the copy is already done on the video

- you don't need a cartoonist - the cartoons are done for you

- you don't have to hire voice talent - the voice overs are done in the videos

- you don't have to hire a video editor - you can use any number of software prograns to do this or you can just use the FREE YouTube video editor (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/183851?hl=en) to add your company name, phone number or any addtional text you wish to the videos provided in the package. Or, you don't have to edit them at all if that is your preference. If you are using the videos on your personal websites or YouTube page, then you may not really need to do any customization at all. We even provide the direct links and HTML code to embed the videos on YouTube or any personal website. 

As a side note: we have had exactly 'zero' other customers make a complant to us that Connected Investors doesn't provide video editing services. 

We feel that most reasonable people can see the value of what is delivered for the small investment of $97.00.

Line Copied Directly from Web Advert says - "4 Find Motivated Sellers Videos"

A normal person has to believe, if advert say you get "4 Motivated Sellers Videos" that's what you'd receive. Unfortunately that is not what I received. I received only 1 Motivated Sellers Video with exact copies of the video including same text and same images in 4 different views. Really who cares if video is on a blank screen or viewed thru a laptop screen and so on, the content is exactly the same. When I read "4 Motivated Sellers Videos" I expected to receive 4 entirely different text and content videos differing from each other.  I've particularly focused on Motivated Sellers in my report, however, the same issue prevails in each category of videos being sold here, your suppose to get 4 videos in each section, however, you only get 1 video in each section, be forewarned. I'm sure any reader has to agree how this company operates its promotions is false advertising.

Notice how company response tries to use legal mumbo jumbo for majority of their response which somehow is suppose to negate their wrong doings, which should tell you where their priorities lie certainly not with the customer.

There is so much head banging un-truths in their response I won't respond on each point but I will give you this from their Advert;

Again right there in perfect black and white English it says I don't have to hire a video editor or copy writer I guess it's implied I'm supposed to have those skills! Further down Advert states;

I certainly would not put "Yes" to those five lines, why would I copy & past without customizing, so if I have to customize where is the "hands-off implementation"?

Nuff said, I suggest all Stay away from anything Ross Hamilton of Connected Investors. Promotes or Sells.

While our company regrets seeing any unhappy customer make complaints in a forum such as this, we feel compelled to offer a few facts to rebut the accusations made in this customer's statements.

On 3/29/2016, the customer submitted their $97.00 order for REI Cartoon, our real estate animated marketing video series. Upon ordering and electronic signature of the Terms of Use, the digital content is delivered via an app through the Connected Investors website. The customer was provided their account login credentials and successfully accessed the purchased content. The signed Terms of Use state that all digital content is available for immediate download and consumption, and as such, those purchases are not eligible for refunds. The policy is clearly communicated in the Terms of Use, and is consistent with many companies that offer on-line digital content - such as Amazon, for example. This type of policy stems from our desire to protect our copyrighted material for the use of only those that pay for the user license, and we also seek to stem those individuals that may purchase our digital content, access and download the purchased material, and then seek a refund a short time after ordering. It makes no business sense to allow this type of practice, and this case is a prime example of why such policies surrounding digital content are in place. We apply and enforce our policies in a consistent manner to ensure fair and equal application to all users of our products and services. The customer did contact us several hours after purchasing and demanded a refund, and suggested that if not granted, our company would be subjected to some negative consequences as evidenced here. However, the refund was not granted in line with the stated policy. 

In regards to the other remarks made, there is very little offered in the way of factual information. The $97.00 product is comprised of a series of videos. In fact, there are 9 different marketing video topics included in the series, all of which are summarized on the buy page when ordering so there is no confusion on what is being purchased. In this case and after ordering, the customer expressed to our support representative that they were only really interested in a single video topic of the nine provided. However, the offer, pricing and value proposition of the package is predicated on the full series of nine video topics. 

As the company representative that was responsible for developing the video series, I can attest to the expense our company incurred to have these videos scripted, produced by a former Disney cartoonist, animated with voice-over and packaged for easy, on-line delivery and download. The invested amount is far in excess of what is stated in the video sales letter, not to mention the numerous edits and revisons to perfect each video. To assert that this type of quality, animated video can be produced for $100.00 is disingenuous at best, and is not based in fact. The videos are delivered in a MP4 format, and as such, are very easy to edit with numerous video editing software programs available in the market. If the customer is not comfortable or knowledgeable in this area, there are many inexpensive, on-line resources that can provide video editing services. What Connected Investors DOES NOT suggest or promise to deliver with the $97.00 package, is video editing services provided by our company. Customizing the videos, to add website addresses or phone numbers, for example, is the responsibility and preference of the customer. We do provide a training video on how to use the videos on social media platforms for marketing purposes. 

In summary, we maintain there is tremendous value delivered in the video package at the $97.00 price point. Any suggestion that the offer is a "rip-off" or "fraudulent" in some manner can only be attributed to a single opinion statement, and is not based in fact in any way. 

We would encourge anyone to review the material at www.reicartoon.com and make your own judgement. We have hundreds of happy cusotmers who have purchased the video series without complaint.
