Connected Wireless (Utah Sprint Retailer) Dishonest Fraudulent Sprint dealer! Salt Lake City Utah

This Utah Sprint dealer fosters dishonesty and fraud. Using logins stolen from Sprint Corporate stores we were encouraged by management to run credit checks changing certain information such as address and social security numbers until it came back with a desirable result, logout, log back in with our correct logins to process sale.
While many of the employees did not participate in this dishonesty we were quietly trained and encouraged to do this.
Make sure your are sold the phone at the advertised price. Employees make everything extra they can charge on the phone so employees regularly charge $20-50 more than what the retail price is. Employees will also claim they are not able to perform returns so they will not lose sales, or they say they can only do an exchange and refer the customer to a different location where they know the phone is not in stock, hopefully to make the customer waste his 30 day trial period so he is in contract and will not deactivate the phone. Other employees purchase sprint referral card from customers and they do referrals on all their customers phones to get and extra $25 per sale, $25 that the customers are supposed to get. This however was never openly encouraged by management that I was aware of.

They withheld my final paycheck illegally and wrongfully discharged me and my staff for something that none of us could control. They lied to the unemployment office just to make sure we were all denied unemployment. They did not even tell my employees they were fired, they said temporarily suspended and never contacted them after that.
