Connectmydna Total Ripoff Internet

Connectmydna claims to be able to connect your dna accurately to an area of the world.  All it provides are a few country names.  In my case, I know my family history for hundreds of years, but was hoping for some exact locations in a country.  Connectmydna must have just pulled some country names out of a hat - literally.  They gave me Puerto Rico as my matching area, then Pakistan, Sweden and Uganda.  What??  My family's origin far from these countries/US territory.  
My family's connections are only two countries close together, neither of which showed up on connectmydna's results.
And, I have tried to contact them through their email customer service, but no response.  
Please do not waste your money.  This is a total ripoff.
