Dr Connie Braun started as a good Dr, then it seemed like add time went on she acted as if she was bipolar. Yelling at her workers, people on the phone.

I always paid my co pays and balances with credits most the time knowing if have to come back.

She over booked patients, she only listened when she wanted to. She would cut you off medication if she felt like it. I had a back problem severe, I still do but yet she didn't concentrate on that, she's rather talk about her personal life which wasn't a problem as long as she got me the help I badly needed.

You never knew what you'd walk into or I should say who. She had many different sides to her personality.

The kicker was her double and triple charging you and charging you for apt's you never even had. Scheduling test that didn't need to be done. You went to her for one thing and all of a sudden you are scheduled for test and more appointments you didn't need.

I had to save all my receipts, good thing, I got called 2 years after the last time I seen her saying I owed 200 dollars which was not true, I hasn't seen her in two years and my balance was zero when I left.

I listened to her telling me about her stalking some man that was a patient that took her out to dinner once, she got copies of his phone bills, it was all getting way to crazy. I thank God I switched drs.

To bad she couldn't stay the concerned Dr I first met. She was way too unpredictable. I wonder how many times I was over charged and just didn't realize it.
