Connie and Michael -Charlie Dorsett own property at Lafayette Ave in Kansas City Kansas 66104.
The house was rented by a friend of mine and I helped during the move. During that time the house had had several horrible issues.
The house has a bad mouse problem, Termite problem and a lot of Code violations. The house is a death trapp
These idiots have the guts to ask $625.00 for this dump
The house has a roof problem, all kinds of trash in the back yard. My friend actually had mouse dropping in their close and had to completely re wash the clothes. Mice all on the table.
The house is in horrible condition and has not been seen by code enforcement too many issues. tHE NEIGHBORHOOD IS ALSO HORRIBLE WITH CRIMINALDS THE POLICE ARE THERE 24/7
PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
THEY ARE CROOKS-Never fixed anything when asked and horrible peoplem to get a hold of mail box always full
When you can talk to them they never correct the problem and they both have criminal records as scammers
