Bought a lawmower of the floor with a dent. Salesman Johhny Quest said no problem air up tire all will pop back into place. They deliver mower with the flat tire. We aired the tire, nothing popped back into place. Even worse, the mower would not start. Salesperson promised to come out to air up tire and make sure everything would run as promised. He called to get directions to our house, phone records exist. He never showed. I called Conns Service to see if someone could come out to take a look. Sure they would come out for $89 that is. I explained that I bought the mower brandnew and it hasnt run. Sorry, store policy if you do not buy extended contract we do not come out. I told service man, from what I understand it's also store policy that delivery persons make sure product runs before they leave? He asked me if they did, I said no they didnt. He asked me if I asked them? I told him if it was their reponsibility or mine, he said it was theirs. However, store policy still exists if we want someone to look at this brandnew mower we have to pay $89. We could also bring the riding lawmower to the service center about 2 hours away! BOTTOM LINE: CONNS conned us. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY hide behind the small print. TOO BAD SO SAD for the customer. If you buy a product that doesnt work and you didnt read the fine print, they say "GOT YOU SUCKER" DONT be a victim, DONT BUY FROM CONNS so you wont be CONNED!
