We placed and ad to sell a China Cabinet in the local Thrifty Nickle Advertising Paper in Corpus Christi, Texas. After the China was not sold and the advertisement was complete and off the paper a man called stating that he was from the Thrifty Nickle and that a man had called HIM saying that he knew the ad was over but he wanted to send us money for the China Cabinet. Sothe man asked us to email him at DesmondWilliam70@yahoo.com. We told him we did not have a computer and he pleaded to please go to a computer at a local place or to find one so that we could mail him our name and address so that the man could send us money for the china.

At that point my mother gave him her name and address. Two days later we received a Federal Express letter with (2) Two Albertson's Moneygrams/Money Orders for $850.00 each. No message, no letter no nothing. The Federal Express Letter was addressed from a Conor Ellis at 2T E. Street, Enfield, Conneticut. The last thing the man had told my mothe was that he would call her later with instructions.

We contacted the Enfield Police Deptartment who did a State Search on Conor Ellis and no such person. I found on this site an exact same story as ours. This guy is a SCAM, A FRAUD, and a THIEF, and we are doing everything in our power to catch and stop him. We have not only filed a report with the Enfield Police, but also with Albertson's Headquarters, Federal Express, and Thrifty Nickle and with Ripoffreport.com to spread the word. Just go to this site and you can find Conor Ellis aka Desmondwilliam70@yahoo.com. We will stop him. Promise.

In the meantime, do fall for any email or phone solicitors. None None None. Don't sell stuff from inside and out of you home where they can come in and see who lives there or your setup. This guy wants you to cash the money so they are in your name then you keep some for the item and give him the rest. He still has failed to contact us for the delivery of his money. HA HA. Yea right. These moneygrams are fake. There's not even a street called 2T E. Street and there are no Albertson's in Conneticut. BEWARE PLEASE. DON'T GIVE ANY ANY ANYONE THE TIME OF DAY. Take care of yourself. Oh and F-You Conor Ellis aka Desmondwilliam70@yahoo.com
