Green Tree ripoff dishonest money grubbing Tempe Arizona

Oh!, in addition to previous post here earlier today let me tell you about this. Remember, "Greentree" wants to sell our home at Foreclosure sale for $58,000 on, Nov. 19

(Despite the signed contract deal I sent them citing figure well in excess of this for sale of my own house.). But, the payoff deal it quoted to me way back in July, this year was $67,555.

In other words:

1) Greentree is willing to auction our home to complete strangers for $9,000 less than it would have bilked me for.

2) Greentree is, even now, willing to sell my home for far less than the contracted sale price my Real Estate Agent has secured.

Folks this has got to be about power and control. Company Rep.'s know that they have the 2nd most precious assest one owns. family first, and that they have you by "the seat of the pants". I mean, otherwise that doesn't make sense do the math

Again, is anyone out there ready to bring on a Class-Action suit?
