CONSECO - GREENTREE MORTAGE SERVICE greentree working hard to destroy your credit centralia, Washington

In September of 2002, I purchased a manufactured house repo through conseco finaning, at 14.5%, with the agreement that I could refinance through them after 1 year, for a lower rate. When that year came I was told that Greentree Servicing had taken over my loan. Shortly I found that Greentree had attached a Chapter 7 bankruptcy to my credit report- I have NEVER filed bankruptcy.

When I made contact with them they told me the ch 7 came with my file and the previous owner was the one filing ch 7. I asked how his filing was my problem-they couldn't answer. I then ordered them to remove it from my record. they did.

In 2005 I found that Greentree had put the bankruptcy BACK on my credit repport.

This time they said they were above that type of thing, they would never do that to someone... yeah.

Now in 2009, I have found the SAME ch 7 on my record. This time when I called Greentree said they would fix it IF I could proove to them I didn't file it.

I sent in the proof they asked for as well as a 3 day time frame to fix their issues. At the end of the 3 days I called them. An employee said she couldn't help because their records on go back to 2007...(I call BS)

A few weeks later I applied for a loan and found out that Greentree has (I believe temporarily) removed the ch 7, but now they report that I purchased the house in July 2001, 14 months before I even looked at it.

They fried my credit, and now I want away from them.

I was 2 weeks from closing on a better house with a better mortgage. When I tried to have them take the house back (even a short sale), all they were interested in was reposession, thus destroying my credit more. Now I can't even find anyone to refinance through.

After cosulting with lawyer, I don't even know if I bought the house legaly

Any help would be cool.
